You will also receive a confirmation email after we have received an order and after changes have been made on your order, summarizing the order details. After your order is shipped, shipping confirmation will also be sent.

  Shipping

We ship every order in a plain brown box or envelope, with an indiscreet return address. We ship to Belgium with Bpost International and to all other countries with TNT.

If your order does not arrive in the promised time please let us know, preferably by email (support@europorndvd.com), or call our customer service department, between 9am and 5pm CET, at +31 76 76 600 70. We strive to reply to emails within two days. All letters and emails are answered within seven days. You will be notified by email if part of your order cannot be dispatched. Part orders are fulfilled at no extra cost.

Returns

If the products you receive are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, we will replace them, you must notify us by phone or e-mail within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused (under no circumstances will we accept used products due to their nature). Products must be in their original condition & packaging. Products must be received by us within 14 days of when you placed your order. If the above conditions have not been met or we suspect the products have been used we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice.

All goods returned to us as unclaimed from TNT or Bpost will be subject to a reshipping charge. Returns by post are made at your risk. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you. Refunds will be credited to your payment card. Refunds will not be paid in cash. We do not accept liability for any returns which get lost in the mail.

You have no right to cancel your order in accordance with this condition if the products you have ordered are: DVD recordings or personal items if the holographic seal and/or shrink-wrap has been unsealed by you.

You may cancel your order before the delivery or within seven days after the date of delivery by contacting our customer service team by email at support@europorndvd.com. We will refund you the cost of your unwanted products minus any P&P costs.

If you cancel your order within seven working days after the date of delivery, you must return the unwanted products to us unused and in their original packaging at your risk and at your cost within 14 days of your order.

Provided you return the unwanted products unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of your order, we will credit your payment card with the cost of the unwanted product minus our delivery charges within thirty days of the date of cancellation.
